Orders Unpaid in Ebay, No Paypal Payment, Customers All Paid

OK This morning and yesterday (13/5/20 - 14/5/20) I have had 4 orders in my eBay account, none of which is paid for (this is impossible I only accept instant payment), so instantly I knew something was wrong, I, therefore, contacted the buyers who all told me they have paid through Paypal, none of which could be found with ID numbers provided by them, what the heck is going on, I can't get to anybody because there are no answerable contacts in eBay or Paypal and my customers don't have their products and I don't have my payment, is anybody else having this issue?

Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down near the bottom and where it says payment methods check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?
