Hi I ordered from Amazon.it last Monday and I have received a confirmation email on the same day but I was wondering why the money has not been taken out yet and if this means there is something wrong with the order. Whenever I ordered from Amazon, I always got an email from Paypal straight away that my seller has taken the money.
I'm sorry to hear that the funds for a purchase have not yet been taken from your payment method. Is there a transaction in the transaction history of your PayPal account? What is the status of that transaction?
