On hold money that were supposed to come to me today didn't.

Basically, i had to receive a payment over an ingame item yesterday, PayPal decided that it should be on hold for a day and so, a day and a few more extra hours have passed and yet i still didnt receive my money, they also didnt update the status or anything like saying it's delayed, where's my money and what's happening.
