I no longer live at <removed> from the year 2013, also that card expired and surprise I wasn't notify about it and it keeps popping out of no where all the time and need that account deleted and I thank you for the service and understanding.
Go to the Wallet page and click the card on the left and click Remove on the right. Be sure to update your biling/primary address in the Account Settings page (gear icon) and remove that shipping address from any shopping websites you have that shipping address added.
