Someone paid me €5, Paypal has taken €0.96 so I have a balance of €4.04. I tried to transfer this to my bank account but Paypal want to charge €1.50 fee. I tried refunding the €5 to the payer but it says I do not have to refund and cannot make a partial refund. How can I obtain this money without paying more fees, whereby I'll be left with nothing, or use to spend on a future purchase?
Thanks for reaching out to on our Community Forum! You can withdraw money from your PayPal account to your bank account at no cost. If you prefer to receive a check, there is a fee for a check to be issued.
For an overview of all fees, log in to your PayPal account and click Fees at the bottom of any PayPal page.
