Suddenly I get an error message when trying to send money to a friend or if I try to make any sort of payment on any website online. I have no hold on my account. I have sufficient funds. I’ve used this account to make payments for months. The person I’ve made payments to in the past has no limitations on her account. I’ve done everything every automated message I receive from PayPal asks of me. I’m finding no solution and need help.
