We have an Indiegogo campaign going (www.igg.me/at/busybox) and some people want to use PayPal so we turned on our shopify store for pre-orders. But, the PayPal system says we need to add a tracking number or call it a digital purchase to get the money out of the "ON HOLD" status. I'd like to fix this somehow if possible. Any ideas? I know I can just turn them all into digital purchases, but I'd rather keep the tracking fields open for when we do start shipping in October if possible.
