Hello, to whom it may concern. I would like to ask if I can issue refund back to the seller if the payment are on hold ? Please help me clear this issues from Malaysia

Good day!

Yes. You should be able to refund a payment that is on hold.

Try this process:

1. Click  Activity at the top of the page.
2. Select the payment you want to refund.
3. Click Refund this payment.
4. Under "Total Refund Amount," enter the amount you want to refund (you may have the option to refund a partial amount of the payment), and then click Issue Refund (you'll be directed to a page confirming that your refund has been sent).

• OR, click Help at the bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country then searc for "How do I issue a full or partial refund."
