Hi. Im having difficulties receiving payment my. Someone is trying to send me funds but its not going through they're being told that i only receive paymentns through the website. How so i receive a payment

Paypal differs a lot country to country as it depends on the banks / governments of each country as to what services it is allowed to offer.

You can't receive paypal payments in Namibia unfortunately.
