I've been trying to transfer money from my paypal account to my brothers debit card which what I always do. But it's been 4days and until now it says the same error. While on my email it says update the bank account yet it is updated. I don't know what else to do?? Any body has an issue like this? I don't have any other source to transfer money so I can get it cash from paypal. No 9ther bank account. Thank you
