You may want to link a Visa card. Romania PayPal accounts allow only US bank account so you can only link a credit, debit, or prepaid card to buy or withdraw money to if you do not have a US bank account.
Mastercard, not Visa. So that's it. Can't confirm it because I dont have US bank account, but even so they take money from me... Put a warning. I gave money free, huh... its useless for me paypal if all I can do with it is to use credit card, not to transfer money with bank account. Because with credit card the fee it's big. How works with prepaid card? Take fee also?
