Not able to transfer money

When I try to transfer some money to my bank account, I always got the same message: Right now, we’re not able to transfer the money to your bank.

How can I fix this??

Transfered funds before?

New linked bank account?

Previously withdrawn to that bank account?

Is it confirmed with the 4 digit code?

Does your bank account name exactly match the name on your paypal account?

Does the billing address match your paypal account address?

Are the funds pending or cleared?

Are the funds in your currency?

Is it a local bank account of your own country?

New linked bank account? Yes, and account/status got confirmed

Previously withdrawn to that bank account? No

Is it confirmed with the 4 digit code? Yes

Does your bank account name exactly match the name on your paypal account? Yes

Does the billing address match your paypal account address? I think so

Are the funds pending or cleared? It's what I have on my Paypal balance

Are the funds in your currency? Yes

Is it a local bank account of your own country? Yes
