Not able to send money, option doesn't appears

Hi,

When I get in the page of "Send & Request" the option to send to a friend or family by just typing the email of the account, it doesn't appears to me, instead only the options to pay for goods or services and send invoices. Why that option is not available for me?

My account is one from Nicaragua.

Services offered to PayPal accounts may differ depending on the country the account is registered in. The personal payment option may not be available to Nicaragua PayPal accounts.
