Not able to accept money into account

Recently I was sent money but I've been unable to accept it. I've tried everything, updating card info, verifying account, etc you name it. I've done everything I could and still whenever I try to transfer the money to my card, it says that PayPal was unable to authorize my request to transfer the money to my card. I'm getting desperate here!

As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
