Not Receiving A Payment

On June 1, I received a payment of $125 dollars. My summary said that the payment was on hold, and that I could receive my money faster if I updated my shipping information. I did, which then gave me a message that said "You have successfully updated shipment information. You’ll get your money within 1 day of delivery." it has now been 4 days since the payment and I still haven't received my money. The buyer has also agreed to confirm anything if there are any questions on his side of the problem.

Does tracking show the item as delivered  + 1 day then?
