Non receipt of payment from a company

Hello,

This is the first time I am trying to get money from a foreign country (Clickworker) to my account in India. Clickworker says that payment has been rejected by Paypal, and suggested me to update my KYC in Paypal. I have done it (PAN card number and added purpose code as per RBI). Linking bank account and and verifying email was done about 2 months back.

Please guide me as to anything else I am supposed to do?

Actually Paypal should make these things easily approachable in their site.
