my card has expired, I wanted to upgrade it but it keep saying that it can't be upgraded. I have read here some comments and apparently I needed to call them so they can ask some questions and they will upgarde it, the call center number is from dublin and the automatic voice message is saying that they don't work.
I am stuck, what can I do to contact them? please help...
