I have ordered two codes to confirm my debit card (Payoneer MasterCard) to my Paypal account. the first one was on Juin 25, 2018 and I was charged 1.38$ (I did not use this code to confirm my card). The second time was just yesterday August 30, 2018 and I was charged 1.35$ (I confirmed and linked my card with this code). After that, I did not get any refund for both charges (1.38$ +1.35$). I would like to get my refund as soon as possible. thank you.
