I am from the Philippines and I have just recently managed to verify my account with my bank. I thought that was what I was missing, but there is still NO option to add money from my bank account to my paypal account?
How the heck am I supposed to use paypal? I'm trying to send some money to someone here, but paypal is just failing on every step.
