No option to transfer money to credit/prepaid card.

When I click on the "Transfer Money" option, I don't get an option to transfer to my credit card. Instead, it's only "Transfer to Bank" that appears. Meanwhile, other colleague users are able to do so. I need help please.

I'm sorry to hear of the trouble transferring to a card.

The withdraw options vary by country. You can find the available options to withdraw your balance here.

. There are the added options only in Kenya of using the services of M-PESA or Equity Bank to transfer funds out of a PayPal account. If unable to get those to work, customer service assistance would be needed.
