I currently have no money in my PayPal account, but would like to add some so I can use it for online purchases and the like. I have spent a good while looking for a way to add money, but all the how-to's or PayPal help center pages display an account with the Balance area under the summary tab. That is not displayed on my account- I can only see my recent transactions. How can I change this?
