First, Thanks. I'm counting on you because pp has been useless. I lost my job in March, and unemployment has not been the lifeline one might have hoped. Fast forward to Tuesday. A friend sends me money. It's not a purchase, but it has been classified as pending. The charming keyboard says nothing of substance, but not to worry, they'll release in 21 days. I have decided to return the money. So, new problem. The site says it's easy, click the menu, then click all activity, then click issue refund...only there is no option to issue a refund. I have to do something.
