No help

PayPal is holding a payment for no reason. After trying to get help on the PayPal chat,the guy hung up on me because he couldn't figure out why it's on hold either. I tried to get help on the FB page and they banned me from the page. After a little research,I have found that money transmitters are not allowed to hold payments in NC. Really a shame they'd rather be fined and sued than release my whopping $80 the are holding for zero reason. Anyone else had to do this??

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
