No balance shown anywhere on my Paypal homepage

Hi...I'm logged into my Paypal account, and there is not a balance displayed anywhere - and I've been thru every single tab and page.  Why would they create a finance app with no balances ever shown?  FYI - I'm using Google Chrome as my browser in case that matters.

You won't have one unless you have set up a paypal cash account as per link.
