No Debit card option to link in my PH account

Why does my account doesn't have the option to link my debit card?

I already checked the article before but my account doesn’t have the option to add a debit card when I clicked the link card from my wallet. There are no option to email the paypal support 😞

Just add your debit card in the credit card section, paypal often refers to all cards as credit cards.

If you can add and confirm it then you should be able to use it.
