No Automatic Transfer?

So, I've been receiving the money through an automatic transfer for a couple of years now (every first of the month, at noon). Last month I got an e-mail that my funds were transferred, didn't think twice about it. It turned out the money was still on my account and had to do a manual transfer with the help of one lovely woman from PP's call center on the 7th of November.

 

Fast forward to today: Once again, no automatic transfer. I didn't even receive the e-mail.

 

What is happening? Should I call them again? Transfer the funds manually? Wait?
