No Add Money button?

Hello I am trying to add funds to my paypal account. I cant see the add money or add funds button, pls help

Not all countries can add money to PayPal balance. Click the 3 dots icon near the PayPal balance? If you do not see option to add money, you can't add money. You also do not have to add money to pay with PayPal, just select a card, or bank account to pay at checkout.
