Hi All, I am from Georgia(country) and my account doesn't have add funds option. I don't consider It as a country specific issue since even my family member has money deposit option on his account!!!
If you don't have that option, link a card and when you pay or send money, use the card to fund the payment. Perhaps check with TBC Bank and their online banking that has PayPal integrated with PayPal.
