Before 4th of january this year I had no fees on transferring my USD to my linked USD bank account. But now the fee is close to 3%.
It is not done as payment or wire transfer, but with ACH information. And furthermore it states in the Paypal terms that it should be free to transfer your funds to your linked bank account.
Paypal customer support answers slow or never, so I just took a chance that someone in this community may have experienced the same problem, or knows the solution.
I also think both Paypal and my USD bank are located in the same country, unless Paypal changed its location out of USA. So I guess the fee is not for transfers to a non-US bank.
I do not know what these fees I get are for.
