Hello, I am completely new to paypal and the selling service depop. recently I sold two items and was not aware that i was supposed to receive a paypal receipt before I shipped them. I have since shipped them and no payment has appeared in my paypal account however I have proof of purchase on depop and the proof of having shipped them. I am unsure of what to do next.
