Hi All am Literally brand new to this and set up paypal to receive a payment fro USA to UAE It is stating that payment is on hold yet the sender has confirmed the transaction, can anyone guide me ?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
