Negative balance

Hello, I’ve used PayPal for over ten years and have had no problems until this month. I did an instant transfer on June 1st and PayPal withdrew the funds on June 2nd. My accounts is negative that transaction amount and hasn’t gone away. I’ve tried to talk to support but all their is now is chat and twitter support via dms. I’ve submitted a screenshot of my online banking, a statement from my bank, a letter from a banker, and a confirmation receipt from PayPal all showing that the funds were taken out. Has this happened to anyone else before and what’s the best course of action? Actual support is trying to force me to add money but I shouldn’t have to put double.
