i sold one thing at ali express and customer want to pay me through paypal and I sold product and he sent amount to me when it show me into wallet then i withdraw from there after 2 months paypal show me same amount into my account with negative balance and sending email to me again and again to restore your account. when i have done all my case with their help service line and accounts departments they wrote my complain and now today paypal email center sent email to me and threatening if i do not restore my account they will settle it through third party. when paypal contact me and said that i cant withdraw any personal amount from them so why they transfer this amount into my wallet. this is their fault and mentally disturbing to me what should i do to solve this matter?
