so my buyer has request a refund on ebay, and since i dont have the money necessary to pay her back. I sent her about 4 paragraphs stating that I just cant pay her back. So after a while, I went onto my paypal out of curiousity, and I've now noticed that my balance has become negative(-74.4?), and paypals asking me to pay them back. But im now confused as ebay also wants me to pay back the buyer, so I don't know what to do from here on.
Do I pay the buyer by giving the money to paypal, or do I pay back using ebay.
