Negative balance cannot add funds

It won't let me add my funds to resolve my negative balance

Here is how to add funds to your PayPal balance. If the system is preventing you from doing so, it may be for multiple reasons. Firstly, I would recommend clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours to let the system reset. If this does not work, you can reach out to our Customer Service over the phone and they will be happy to help you add funds to your balance. 

 

If you would like to call in, you can find the correct phone number for your country by clicking 'Help & Contact' at the bottom of the PayPal homepage and by clicking 'Contact us' and then 'Call us'. You can also contact us on Facebook (www.facebook.com/PayPalUK) or on Twitter (@AskPayPal).
