Negative balance after sending money

To make it simple Ill give you timeline:
9th June: I sent my friend 82€ via via bank account (Slovakia -> Australia) in Euros, my friend instantly received money

10th June:  I check my mobile bank app and it says I need to confirm 82€ payment on Paypal. So I confirm it and money are deducted from my bank account, my Paypal balance is currently negative 82€

12th June: I receive email from Paypal that my bank account doesnt have enough money to cover the payment

Today 15th June: My balance is still negative

How do I solve this problem?

Wait for the funds to clear if they did leave your bank account.

It took whole week but the balance is working properly now at 0, this was longest money transfer of my life but its solved!
