Hello. Paypal putted my balance as negative twice after i was reporting that product i paid was different as described. I have paid for Microsoft game and subscription 12.99 and 44.99 from bank account via paypal and now i have to pay for that twice??? It is not acceptable for me. How to solve this and how to get back first paidd negative balance 12.99€?
