Negative balance after bank payment

Hi, so I went into negative balance because of lack of funds. 2 days later my bank payed PayPal the amount as shown on my statement. PayPal is still in negative even though the money has been debited from my bank account. I don't understand, this seems like a glitch.

Allow 3-7 business days for the funds to reach PayPal. It should zero out by then. If not, contact customer service: 

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
