I have a negative balance on my account due to an open dispute still pending. Should I pay the negative amount so that I can use my PayPal until the dispute is closed? I am not in the wrong for this dispute so I know the money is mine but I just want to make sure that won't mess up the dispute itself and I will be able to get all my money back
