Negative Balance

Check my account, and mind you have not used the account to purchase anything in a while. It’s -$45.00, but there are no charges, no decline, no trace of me spending this imagnary $45.00. No email receipt or anything I’m lost

Check all of the accounts of the payment methods you have linked to your PayPal account (bank account/debit card). That charge bounced from somewhere.
