Negative Balance and no transaction appearing in history

I tried to purchase something recently and I realized i have a negative balance in my account. I haven't bought anything with Paypal for awhile and there is no actual transaction in my history at the amount of the negative balance so I can't dispute anything.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

I cant find an option for this in the help options. Like, it's not even showing a recent transaction for this.
