Hi Everyone!!!
I had withdrawn money from my account and then a buyer made a refund request. The paypal account then turned into negative and on ebay we agreed on partial refund. The request was terminated as i had negative balance and i was prompted to go to paypal to retry. I transferred some money to my paypal account to turn it into positive but i could make a partial refund to buyer as full payment was withheld by paypal. Now, i want to make partial refund instead of full as both parties have already agreed but i am unable to do so on both ebay and paypal.
