Well after 2hrs being bounced around and given 3 different numbers to call I ultimately end up with the same customer's service team in the USA. I'm trying to pay a negative balance but because I'm in New Zealand I need to deal with the department that handles all other countries outside of the USA and Canada. Unfortunately after speaking with 5 different PayPal team members, this department seems to be nonexistent...?
I'm hoping someone here know the contact details or process to get to this other department...?
