Are you referring to the payments you send? If yes, money can be placed on hold on the merchant's side for 21 days, unless they ship the item and provide a tracking number showing that the item is delivered to you. If you see the payment as 'Pending' on your side, it may be that the payment needs to be manually accepted by the merchant, or that the amount will be completed once the order has been processed.
