Hi, I added £20 to Tonybet on 5th December and having problems getting a refund as they closed the account after asking for Paypal proof that i made the deposit.
I supplied them with all of the screenshots that they asked, they are now saying they have attempted to refund but it's on hold with Paypal and i should contact them. I have tried and tried to contact Paypal and open resolution cases but they get instantly closed.
Can anyone actually help? Or have I lost this money?
