Need bank reset

I tried one too many times to enter the confirmation code even though the text is white on white so I can't even see if I did something wrong?? I need help resetting the process so I can put money into my account. Pls help

You need to contact customer services to resolve any or account issues and to reset your card or bank account.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
