Need Help! Payment on hold for 5 days now.

I received a payment on 28th September at that day PayPal said that the payment is on Hold and will be available after 1 day. It's still not available and it says the same thing that it will be available in 1 day. I tried to contact the resolution center but it said that you have received the payment and cannot contact the resolution center now.

same but add a few more days. and trying to get ahold of an actual real person in customer service is practically impossible. what a joke
