Nationality & verify debit card problem

Hello there.

I am from Malaysia. I have 2 problem with my PayPal account.

1. Problem with my nationality on my address. I can not change nationality to Malaysia.

2. I had successfully linked debit card with my PayPal account. But my problem is how to verify my debit card. I have no idea any link to put 4 code digits to verify debit card.

Have anyone can help me? Thank you
