NEED HELP ASAP!!!

when i go to add my card i have an error => "   We are sorry. We are unable to process your request at this time.Please try again later.   "

what is this>>???

Sorry to hear of the trouble linking a card. There are several reasons you could be receiving that error. Our internal security system could be blocking the card from being linked, or the card issuer could be declining our request to link the card to an account, or the card might not be compatible with our system.
