My withdrawal was refused

I made a withdrawal to my credit card. However, after a few days, the withdrawal is showing on the PayPal app as *refused* rather than pending or complete. How long until the money reverts back to my PayPal balance so that I can withdraw to my bank account ?

You can't withdraw to a credit card in the UK, only to a bank account or debit card.

If declined allow 14 days for it to bounce back to your balance and if not contact your card issuer + paypal for a trace.
